Happy are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the law of Yahweh.
Happy are those who keep his testimonies, who seek him with all their heart,
who also do no wrongdoing; they walk in his ways.
You yourself have commanded your precepts to be kept diligently.
O that my ways were firmly set to keep your statutes!
Then I would not be ashamed, when I look to all your commandments.
I will praise you with an upright heart, when I learn your righteous judgments.
I will keep your statutes; do not utterly forsake me.
How can a young man keep his path pure? By guarding it according to your word.
With all my heart I have sought you; do not let me stray from your commandments.
In my heart I have treasured up your word, so that I might not sin against you.
Blessed are you, Yahweh; teach me your statutes.
With my lips I have recounted all the judgments of your mouth.
In the way of your testimonies I have rejoiced, as over all riches.
On your precepts I will meditate, and I will look to your paths.
In your statutes I will delight; I will not forget your word.
Deal bountifully with your servant, that I may live and keep your word.
Open my eyes, that I may look at wondrous things out of your law.
I am a sojourner in the land; do not hide your commandments from me.
My soul is crushed with longing for your judgments at all times.
You rebuke the insolent, the accursed, who stray from your commandments.
Roll away from me reproach and contempt, for I have kept your testimonies.
Even though princes sit and speak against me, your servant meditates on your statutes.
Your testimonies also are my delight, my counselors.
My soul clings to the dust; give me life according to your word.
I recounted my ways, and you answered me; teach me your statutes.
Make me understand the way of your precepts, and I will meditate on your wondrous works.
My soul weeps from grief; strengthen me according to your word.
Remove from me the way of falsehood, and graciously grant me your law.
I have chosen the way of faithfulness; I have set your judgments before me.
I cling to your testimonies; O Yahweh, do not put me to shame.
I will run the way of your commandments, for you enlarge my heart.
Teach me, O Yahweh, the way of your statutes, and I will keep it to the end.
Give me understanding, that I may keep your instruction and observe it with all my heart.
Lead me in the path of your commandments, for in it I delight.
Incline my heart to your testimonies, and not to unjust gain.
Turn my eyes away from looking at what is worthless; in your ways give me life.
Confirm to your servant your word, which is for those who fear you.
Turn away my reproach that I dread, for your judgments are good.
Behold, I long for your precepts; in your righteousness give me life.
May your acts of loyal love come to me, O Yahweh, your salvation according to your word.
Then I will have an answer for the one who taunts me, for I have trusted in your word.
And do not snatch the word of truth utterly from my mouth, for I wait for your judgment.
And I will keep your instruction continually, forever and ever.
And I will walk about in a wide place, for I have sought out your precepts.
I will speak of your testimonies before kings and will not be ashamed.
And I delight myself in your commandments, which I love.
And I lift up my palms to your commandments, which I love, and I will meditate on your statutes.
Remember the word to your servant, on which you have made me wait.
This is my comfort in my affliction: that your word has given me life.
The arrogant have utterly derided me, yet I have not turned aside from your instruction.
I remember your judgments of old, O Yahweh, and I take comfort.
Burning indignation has seized me because of the wicked, who forsake your instruction.
Your statutes have been songs to me in the house of my sojournings.
I remember your name in the night, O Yahweh, and I keep your instruction.
This has been mine: that I have kept your precepts.
Yahweh is my portion; I have said that I would keep your words.
I have entreated your face with all my heart; be gracious to me according to your word.
I have considered my ways and turned my feet toward your testimonies.
I hurried and did not delay to keep your commandments.
The cords of the wicked have wrapped around me, but your law I have not forgotten.
At midnight I rise to give you thanks for your righteous judgments.
I am a companion of all who fear you, and of those who keep your precepts.
The earth is full of your loyal love, Yahweh; teach me your statutes.
You have dealt well with your servant, Yahweh, according to your word.
Teach me good judgment and knowledge, for I have trusted in your commandments.
Before I was afflicted I went astray, but now I keep your word.
You are good and you do good; teach me your statutes.
The arrogant have smeared me with lies, but I with my whole heart keep your precepts.
Their heart is gross like fat, but I delight in your law.
It is good for me that I was afflicted, so that I might learn your statutes.
The law of your mouth is better to me than thousands of gold and silver pieces.
Your hands made me and established me; give me understanding, that I may learn your commandments.
Those who fear you will see me and rejoice, because I have hoped in your word.
I know, Yahweh, that your judgments are righteous, and that in faithfulness you have afflicted me.
Let your loyal love, please, become my comfort, according to your word to your servant.
Let your compassion come to me, that I may live, for your law is my delight.
Let the arrogant be put to shame, for with falsehood they have wronged me; but I will meditate on your precepts.
Let those who fear you turn to me, those who know your testimonies.
Let my heart be blameless in your statutes, so that I may not be put to shame.
My soul faints for your salvation; I have hoped in your word.
My eyes fail, watching for your word, saying, ‘When will you comfort me?’
For I have become like a wineskin in the smoke, yet I have not forgotten your statutes.
How many are the days of your servant? When will you execute judgment on my pursuers?
The arrogant have dug pits for me, which is not according to your law.
All your commandments are faithful; they pursue me with falsehood — help me!
They almost made an end of me on the earth, but I have not forsaken your precepts.
According to your loyal love give me life, that I may keep the testimony of your mouth.
Forever, Yahweh, your word stands firm in the heavens.
Your faithfulness endures to generation after generation; you established the earth, and it stands.
By your judgments they stand this day, for all things are your servants.
Had not your law been my delight, then I would have perished in my affliction.
Never will I forget your precepts, for by them you have given me life.
I am yours; save me, for I have sought your precepts.
The wicked have waited for me to destroy me; I will ponder your testimonies.
To all perfection I have seen a limit, but your commandment is exceedingly broad.
How I love your law! All the day it is my meditation.
Your commandments make me wiser than my enemies, for they are ever with me.
I have more insight than all my teachers, for your testimonies are my meditation.
I understand more than the elders, for I have kept your precepts.
From every evil path I have held back my feet, so that I might keep your word.
From your judgments I have not turned aside, for you yourself have taught me.
How sweet are your sayings to my palate—more than honey to my mouth!
From your precepts I gain understanding; therefore I hate every false path.
Your word is a lamp for my feet and a light for my path.
I have sworn, and I will confirm it, to keep the judgments of your righteousness.
I am afflicted beyond measure; Yahweh, give me life according to your word.
Accept, I pray, the freewill offerings of my mouth, Yahweh, and teach me your judgments.
My life is in my palm continually, yet I have not forgotten your law.
The wicked have set a snare for me, yet from your precepts I have not strayed.
I have inherited your testimonies forever, for they are the joy of my heart.
I have inclined my heart to do your statutes forever, to the very end.
I hate the double-minded, but your law I love.
You are my hiding place and my shield; for your word I wait in hope.
Depart from me, you evildoers, that I may keep the commandments of my God.
Sustain me according to your saying, that I may live, and do not put me to shame in my hope.
Uphold me, that I may be saved, and I will gaze upon your statutes continually.
You have rejected all who stray from your statutes, for their deceit is falsehood.
Like dross you have removed all the wicked of the earth; therefore I love your testimonies.
My flesh bristles from dread of you, and I am afraid of your judgments.
I have done justice and righteousness; do not abandon me to my oppressors.
Pledge yourself for the good of your servant; let not the insolent oppress me.
My eyes fail with longing for your salvation and for the word of your righteousness.
Deal with your servant according to your loyal love, and teach me your statutes.
I am your servant; give me understanding, that I may know your testimonies.
It is time for Yahweh to act; they have broken your law.
Therefore I love your commandments more than gold, more than fine gold.
Therefore I regard as right all your precepts concerning everything; every false path I hate.
Your testimonies are wonders; therefore my soul keeps them.
The unfolding of your words gives light, giving understanding to the simple.
I opened my mouth wide and panted, for I longed for your commandments.
Turn to me and be gracious to me, as is your custom toward those who love your name.
Establish my steps by your word, and let no iniquity have dominion over me.
Redeem me from the oppression of man, that I may keep your precepts.
Make your face shine upon your servant, and teach me your statutes.
Streams of water have run down from my eyes, because they do not keep your law.
You are righteous, Yahweh, and your judgments are upright.
You have commanded your testimonies in righteousness and in exceeding faithfulness.
My zeal has consumed me, because my foes have forgotten your words.
Your word is refined exceedingly, and your servant loves it.
I am small and despised, yet I have not forgotten your precepts.
Your righteousness is righteousness forever, and your law is truth.
Distress and anguish have found me, yet your commandments are my delight.
Your testimonies are righteous forever; give me understanding, that I may live.
I have called out with all my heart; answer me, Yahweh, that I may keep your statutes.
I have called out to you; save me, that I may keep your testimonies.
I rose before dawn and cried for help; I hoped in your words.
My eyes anticipated the night watches, to meditate on your word.
Hear my voice according to your loyal love; Yahweh, according to your judgment give me life.
Those who pursue mischief draw near; they are far from your law.
You are near, Yahweh, and all your commandments are truth.
Long ago I have known concerning your testimonies that you founded them forever.
Look upon my affliction and rescue me, for I have not forgotten your instruction.
Plead my cause and redeem me; give me life according to your word.
Salvation is far from the wicked, for they do not seek out your statutes.
Your mercies are many, Yahweh; give me life according to your judgments.
Many are my pursuers and my adversaries, yet I have not turned aside from your testimonies.
I saw the treacherous and I loathed them, because they did not keep your word.
See how I have loved your precepts; Yahweh, give me life according to your loyal love.
The sum of your word is truth, and every one of your righteous judgments is forever.
Princes have pursued me without cause, but my heart stands in awe of your words.
I rejoice over your word like one who finds great spoil.
Falsehood I hate and abhor, but your instruction I love.
Seven times a day I praise you for your righteous judgments.
Great peace belongs to those who love your instruction, and there is no stumbling block for them.
I have waited for your salvation, Yahweh, and I have done your commandments.
My soul has kept your testimonies, and I love them exceedingly.
I have kept your precepts and your testimonies, for all my ways are before you.
Let my cry come near before you, Yahweh; give me understanding according to your word.
Let my plea come before you; deliver me according to your word.
Let my lips pour forth praise, for you teach me your statutes.
Let my tongue sing of your word, for all your commandments are righteousness.
Let your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen your precepts.
I have longed for your salvation, Yahweh, and your instruction is my delight.
Let my soul live, that it may praise you, and let your judgments help me.
I have strayed like a lost sheep; seek out your servant, for I have not forgotten your commandments.
