Isaiah 12

The AIT Bible

A Song of Thanksgiving

1And in that day you will say: “I give you thanks, Yahweh, for though you were angry with me, your anger has turned away, and you comfort me.

2Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust and will not be afraid, for Yah, Yahweh, is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation.”

3And you will draw water with joy from the springs of salvation.

4And in that day you will say: “Give thanks to Yahweh, call on his name, make known his deeds among the peoples, proclaim that his name is exalted.

5Sing to Yahweh, for he has done gloriously; let this be made known in all the earth.

6Cry aloud and sing for joy, O inhabitant of Zion, for great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel.”
