1He made a bronze altar, twenty cubits its length, twenty cubits its width, and ten cubits its height.
2He made the Sea of cast metal, ten cubits from its brim to its brim, round all around, and five cubits its height; and a line of thirty cubits would encircle it all around.
3And the likeness of oxen was beneath it, all around encircling it — ten to the cubit, surrounding the Sea all around — two rows of oxen cast in one piece with it in its casting.
4It stood upon twelve oxen: three facing north, three facing west, three facing south, and three facing east; and the Sea was upon them above, with all their hindquarters turned inward.
5Its thickness was a handbreadth, and its brim was like the work of the brim of a cup, like a lily blossom; it held three thousand baths.
6He made ten basins and set five on the right and five on the left, for washing in them; in them they would rinse whatever pertained to the burnt offering; but the Sea was for the priests to wash in.
7He made the ten golden lampstands according to their prescribed design and set them in the temple, five on the right and five on the left.
8He made ten tables and placed them in the temple, five on the right and five on the left; and he made a hundred golden bowls.
9He made the court of the priests and the great enclosure, and doors for the enclosure, and he overlaid their doors with bronze.
10He set the Sea on the right side, toward the east, opposite the south.
11Huram made the pots, the shovels, and the bowls. So Huram finished doing the work that he did for King Solomon in the house of God:
12the two pillars, and the bowls, and the capitals on top of the two pillars, two of them; and the two lattice-works to cover the two bowls of the capitals that were on top of the pillars;
13and the four hundred pomegranates for the two lattice-works — two rows of pomegranates for each lattice-work — to cover the two bowl-shaped tops of the capitals that were on the face of the pillars;
14and he made the stands, and he made the basins on the stands;
15the one Sea, and the twelve oxen beneath it;
16and the pots, the shovels, the forks, and all their vessels — Huram-Abi made them for King Solomon for the house of Yahweh, of burnished bronze.
17In the plain of the Jordan the king cast them, in the clay ground between Succoth and Zeredah.
18Solomon made all these vessels in very great abundance, for the weight of the bronze was not determined.
19So Solomon made all the vessels that were in the house of God: the golden altar, and the tables on which was the bread of the Presence;
20and the lampstands with their lamps, to burn according to the ordinance before the inner sanctuary, of pure gold;
21and the flowers, the lamps, and the tongs, of gold — of purest gold;
22and the snuffers, the bowls, the ladles, and the firepans, of pure gold; and as for the entrance of the house, its inner doors to the Most Holy Place and the doors of the house to the temple were of gold.
